Applied AI
Building AI products from the workflow problem out.
I built Pitch Dept because treatment development is slow, repetitive and still depends on director judgment. I built Meeting Copilot because better conversations depend on having the right context at the moment it matters. In both cases, the product started with the work people were already doing.

The opportunity
Find high-friction creative and executive workflows where a focused AI product could create practical leverage.
What I owned
Product strategy, UX, system design and hands-on build.
What I built
Pitch Dept for director treatment development. Meeting Copilot for preparation and live meeting context.
Product principle
Both products started with a specific workflow problem, then were built around the user's existing work rather than around a model demo.
Result
Pitch Dept is used repeatedly by paying customers. Meeting Copilot is a native macOS product used for meeting preparation and live context.
