I develop products, production systems and applied AI around firsthand creative and operating needs. I define the opportunity, design the experience, build and test the software, and use production knowledge to decide what is worth developing further.
The problem
Documentary stories are built from what people say. Conventional editing systems make it difficult to find the right words without repeatedly playing and listening to the footage. That slow search inspired PaprCut: read across interviews, shape the story and carry the decisions into the edit.
My responsibility
I identify the constraint, define the product and workflow, design the experience, build and test it, and decide what to release, revise or stop.
How I evaluate it
I check source accuracy, output quality, rights, cost and whether the product fits the existing workflow. Testing and user feedback guide the next iteration.
Current work
My work spans creative development, editorial, production operations and applied AI. The products and workflow studies below are selected examples of a broader practice: finding where a new tool or a different process can make the work better.

PaprCut
Build a documentary story through its dialogue.
PaprCut is a Mac workspace for finding a documentary story across interviews. Search transcripts, shape chapters and scenes, and export a source-linked rough cut to Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Original video remains local.
Pitch Dept brings the brief, research, visual references and treatment development together. AI-assisted drafting helps directors explore directions while keeping authorship and selection with the director.
I’m interested in full-time studio leadership opportunities across entertainment, innovation and production. I bring experience building businesses, leading teams and developing the creative and technical capabilities behind the work.
